Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan mengambil keputusan menarik rem darurat dengan kembali menerapkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) secara ketat atau PSBB total, yang akan diberlakukan terhitung hari Senin, 14 September 2020.
Keputusan ini diumumkan Anies dalam konferensi pers yang disiarkan di kanal YouTube Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Rabu (9/9/2020) lalu.
Kebijakan yang diambil oleh Pemerintah DKI Jakarta ini dengan mempertimbangkan sejumlah faktor seperti ketersediaan tempat tidur rumah sakit yang hampir penuh dan tingkat kematian yang tinggi.
Serta juga melihat kondisi Penyebaran Covid-19 saat ini terbilang cukup mengkhawatirkan, banyak terdapat kenaikan sekitar 48 persen kasus aktif berada di DKI Jakarta.
Dilansir mantrasukabumi.com dari laman rri.co.id, Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan menjelaskan,situasi penyebaran Covid-19 di Jakarta awal September cukup mengkhawatirkan.
Menurut Beliau, berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan, pada 30 Agustus terdapat 7.960 kasus aktif di Jakarta. Angka tersebut kemudian meningkat menjadi 11.810 kasus aktif pada Kamis kemarin.
Artinya, kata Anies, terdapat kenaikan 48 persen kasus aktif di Jakarta dalam 10 hari pertama di bulan September, atau 3.850 kasus.
"Belum pernah dalam waktu sependek ini, melihat pertambahan sampai 3.850 kasus, walaupun yang sembuh juga banyak, sudah 8.994 kasus," jelas Anies di Balai Kota DKI Jakarta, Jakarta Pusat, Jumat 11 September 2020
Tidak hanya itu, di pekan pertama September, angka kematian akibat Covid-19 di Jakarta juga meningkat.Dinkes Provinsi DKI mencatat, terdapat 197 kasus kematian akibat Covid di awal bulan September.
"Jadi 17 persen dalam 10 hari. Kita ada kejadian 1.383 yang meninggal dan 197 itu terjadi di bulan September," ungkap Anies.
Oleh karena itu, dirinya menjamin, penerapan Pembatasan Sosial berskala Besar (PSBB) tidak mungkin hanya dua pekan.Karena pasti berlanjut. Namun itu juga dengan syarat, jika dalam pelaksanaannya tidak ada pelambatan penyebaran kasus Covid-19.
Menurut Anies, PSBB yang diketatkan kembali ini penting dilakukan. Sehingga selama dua pekan ke depan, warga Jakarta akan berada di rumah demi mengurangi potensi penularan virus Corona.
Berdasarkan laporan analisis pada laman https://covid19.go.id/peta-risiko, hingga 12 September, ada empat kota di DKI Jakarta masuk kategori zona merah, yakni Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Utara, dan Jakarta Timur. Sementara itu, Kepulauan Seribu dan Jakarta Selatan masuk kategori zona oranye Covid-19.
Perlu diketahui, zona merah artinya kabupaten/kota dengan tingkat risiko penyebaran Covid-19 yang tinggi, sedangkan zona oranye artinya kabupaten/kota dengan tingkat risiko penyebaran sedang.
Jadi dengan diberlakukannya kembali PSBB di DKI Jakarta ini, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diketahui yang terhitung mulai hari Senin (14/09/2020) besok, diantaranya:
- Kegiatan perkantoran non esensial harus dilaksanakan dari rumah
- Kegiatan belajar / sekolah juga terus dilaksanakan dari rumah
- Seluruh tempat hiburan akan ditutup
- Rumah makan boleh beroperasi, tapi tidak boleh makan di lokasi'
- Dan segala aktifitas yang bersifat mengumpulkan banyak orang harus ditiadakan.
Kebijakan yang di sampaikan oleh Gubernur DKI Jakarta ini juga menekankan bahwa apa yang dia sampaikan barulah "prinsip-prinsip awal". Adapun "detil-detilnya" akan disampaikan pada "hari-hari ke depan".
"Ini sebagai ancang-ancang pada seluruh masyarakat bahwa kita akan menuju PSBB. Ada fase, ada proses supaya kita bisa menyiapkan agar berjalan dengan baik." "Supaya kita semua bisa mengantisipasi," katanya.
